Displaying your Outlook EM Address Book

Would you like to limit the default view of your Exchange Global Address List? If you would like to browse for names just in the Psychology department, for example: • Open the Address Book from Outlook’s standard toolbar • In the address book “Tools” menu, click “Options” • Use the “Show this address list first” drop down list to specify “Psychology” You can do the same with any department listed, your own contact list, or go back to viewing the whole address list.
